The happy news came from students of the Chinese Literature Study Program at Brawijaya University who won various awards in the 12th Chinese Paradise event. Chinese Paradise is a work program of the Culture and Education Division under the auspices of the Chinese Literature Study Program Student Association of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences.
This event is one of the efforts of Chinese Literature students to introduce the Chinese language and culture to the general public, especially non-Chinese Literature Study Program residents at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, as well as the wider audience. In addition, Chinese Paradise is also a place for participants to channel their interests and talents in various branches of competition related to Chinese.
The enthusiasm of the participants in this competition was extraordinary, as seen from the participation of students not only from Brawijaya University but also from various universities throughout Indonesia. On November 23, the announcement of the 12th Chinese Paradise winners took place with great joy.
The happy news came from seven students of Brawijaya University’s Chinese Literature Study Program who won trophies in various fields of competition, namely Photography, storytelling, Solo Singing, and TikTok Creation. Here are the names of the winning students:
- Citra Ayu Pradina – 1st place in the Solo Singing category
- Angela Fransisca Sabrina Pangabean – 2nd in the Storytelling category
- Yulfani Putri Az-Zahra – 1st place in the Photography category
- Amel Devita Anggraeny – 2nd place in the Photography category
- Mochamad Ardian Firmansyah – 3rd place in the Photography category
- Irene Regina – 2nd place in the TikTok Creation category
- Dewi Utari – 3rd place in the TikTok Creation category
Hopefully, the achievements of these students can raise the spirit as well as become a motivation for Chinese Literature Study Program students of Brawijaya University’s Faculty of Cultural Sciences to continue to excel and work in the future.
