Malang, June 2, 2023 – Longwenxi X IMSI UI 2023 Comparative Study was successfully held with the theme “Creating a Good Communication and Atmosphere in Organization”. This activity was held as an effort to strengthen relationships between organizations and increase understanding of the importance of effective communication in creating a conducive work atmosphere.

The two-day event was attended by members of Longwenxi and IMSI UI through the Zoom Meeting virtual conference platform. The activity opened with remarks from the chief executive of the Longwenxi X IMSI UI 2023 Comparative Study, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and exchange of insights between organizations, even though it was done online. The activity continued with the presentation of the comparative study series and questions and answers by the participants.

The second day began with remarks from the head of each association. This was followed by a brief profile presentation of the Chinese Literature Study Program Student Association of Universitas Brawijaya and the Sinology Student Association of Universitas Indonesia. This activity was also complemented by a Focus Group Discussion & Sharing Session designed to strengthen teamwork. The interactive discussions held provided an opportunity for participants to share their experiences and obtain solutions to the communication challenges they face in their respective organizations.

The chief executive of the Longwenxi X IMSI UI 2023 Comparative Study expressed his hope that this activity could inspire members of the organization to create better communication and a more positive atmosphere in their internal environment. “We hope that through this activity, participants can understand that good communication is the main key in building a solid and harmonious organization,” he said.

The Longwenxi X IMSI UI 2023 Comparative Study also succeeded in becoming a forum for participants to exchange insights and experiences to strengthen their respective organizations. With this activity, it is hoped that each participant can apply the knowledge they have gained in their organizational life, thus creating a more harmonious, productive, and innovative environment.
